Chef Recipe™ provides an array of western food with the Kurobuta (Black Pork) and Salmon as as our signature dishes. In an endeavor to serve savory meals, we are meticulous from food preparation to styling. We also believe that the quality of food should not be compromised for our marked down prices. We appeal to a solid crowd and our humble stall has been garnering popularity ever since it opened.

Alex is a reputed chef with a diverse background and experience in the culinary arts locally and overseas. As one of the Head Chefs for World Expo Shanghai 2010 and sojourned for two years in Shanghai, he was inspired by the food culture and wanted to explore opportunities abroad. He has also assisted as a operation consultant for the establishment of numerous Chinese, Western, Asian and Fusion restaurants group in Singapore of his carrier life.

With strong beliefs in his culinary art is meant for everyone and entrepreneurship. In 2015, his plans came to fruition and his journey began.

The Kurobuta is a definite epitome of delish ( as known as “shiok”). You will be swayed away by the taste sensation of the black pork. The meat is extremely juicy and incredibly exquisite. The black pork has a unique taste quite distinct from others. The succulent pieces are tender and well seasoned, no doubt a crowd pleaser for any porcine lovers.

Look out for another must-try dish; The Chef Recipe Salmon. A huge slab of salmon is grilled to perfection that is simply palatable to the taste buds. The rich natural taste of salmon is complemented with the zingy fresh herbs that seems like divine match.
